Remarks:

1.  All successful applicants must attend the conference, otherwise he/she cannot apply for sponsorship in coming two years

2.  All successful applicants will have lower priority in next sponsorship application unless we have sufficient quota

3.  Members wish to join the Certificate Course on 6-7 November, please fill in the attached registration form in the flyer and return to organizer.  A registration fee is required for the Certificate Course.
