地點:   德福花園 第一廣場 (九龍灣 地鐵站C出口)

節目:   攤位遊戲、健康諮詢、資料展覽、表演 等等

You are all welcome to join this meaningful event and please invite public to join as well.  Please feel free to print out the tickets as below for distribution.  Whilst the e-ticket is in colour, the Carnival accept tickets printed on colour papers with black colour ink.
